Coordinate, monitor, and support daily volunteer recording activities so that customer needs and schedules are met. Provide assistance to volunteers on a wide range of issues, particularly on matters relating to the production of audio recordings. Oversee the development of volunteer recognition and maintenance of volunteer areas. Provide and maintain recruiting information on volunteers and volunteer opportunities. Administer oral reading test to applicants. Assist with volunteer onboarding and training.
