[nagdu] docked tails was Smallest Guide Dog

I love that all-over boxer wiggle! They more than make up for not having
a tail.

Even though a docked tail might be nice, Benny wouldn't be the same
without his tail flag flying. When he's feeling really good, his tail
goes straight up, with a bit of a curl in it, so it goes over his back.
It's part of his cat-ness. The tail flag says "I am the greatest!"
