Actually, in Mike May's book "Crashing Through" you can read all about his experience with receiving sight. It is a fascinating read and reminds you even more of why you might not want to get your sight now. I think you would find yourself still needing to use many of the same techniques that you now do. Thank goodness we don't have to go through it, so we can pat our dogs and be thankful.
