Hi, Lori.

You could try purchasing your flea meds through your school.  I know the GDF 
and GDA have reduced prices for those, not sure about Leader.  You can get 
Frontline and other meds for your other dog on line much cheaper as well. 
I've gotten Frontline from wag.com when they have specials on 
nonprescription meds.

I also agree about asking your school to chip in for the ongoing cost of the 
allergy meds.  They might not pay all of it, but most schools are interested 
in investing in a team to keep it working if possible, so I'd at least ask 
and see what they say.
