[nagdu] corrections with the Halti

From everything I have read, I thought that corrections should not be given with the Halti because it could cause serious injury to the dogs neck. Well, I had a visit from a field rep today who told me I should give leash corrections with the Halti for dog distractions. This doesn't make sense to me... Any thoughts?
