Hi You All
RE: Our August meeting is less than one week away; Monday the 10th!
Non-members are welcome
Note: I used the word "Reminder" in the subject line. And. did you scratch
your head and say to yourself, "Did I see that first message.?" Well, you
didn't! Yesterday as I was preparing to compose this reminder message, I
scratched my head, wondering. "Did I send one?" Talking more to myself, "I
swear I worked on one that should have gone out the 1st, like I normally do.
but." And with this puzzlement feeding my curiosity, and growing panic, I
searched my sent messages folder; nothing. Then noticing three items in my
Drafts folder, I looked and. there it was! Waiting for me to do a final
edit; which I did not come back to do! Consequently, the message was never
sent. So hey, I know you are all by now, very programmed to think of our
second week of the month Senior division meeting! So here is your reminder.
Topic: We will discuss our first virtual National Convention, and make plans
for our Nebraska affiliate convention coming up in October, which may also
be virtual.
