[NFB-Utah] Convention Donations for auction and door prizes

Hello Everyone,

 

We are actively seeking donations for our 2025 convention auction and door
prizes. The auction is an important fundraiser for our affiliate, but it is
only successful if we have great and exciting items. Stephanie Cordova, is
our Auction Chair, attached is the form for when you have items please fill
it out and return it to her.   

We would like to have all donors' donation forms filled out and auction
items no later than April 26th. You can drop off items with Stephanie
Cordova or we can plan to pick up items.  If this is not possible, you can
bring the donation item to the convention, we will start receiving items at
the Marriot Thursday May 1st @ 4:30pm.  Stephanie Cordova and Tina Reisner
will be collecting the auction items at the convention.

Our door prizes are always a highlight and we need items for this as well. 

 

I have attached a donation letter with our 501c3 information and something
you can use to pass out to friends, families, and businesses you have a good
relationship with and that you can ask for their generosity.

 

Thank you and I look forward to seeing all of you at convention, it is going
to be exciting!
