Good Early Monday Morning,

I know we have a few weeks before convention, but it is good to plan ahead. LOL!

First of all, thanks to all for your cooperation with the table and the work schedules. Please remember that you will receive a phone call the day before your shift. Check your room phones. If you will not be at the main hotel, please let me know sometime before convention where you will be staying, and the phone number would also be nice. I am respectfully asking for all those working the table to please show up at least 10 minutes before your shift. This will help you get familiarized with the table.

Secondly, I am asking for a price list of what will be sold both in Braille and large print. This will help those working keep things organized. 

I am also asking that envelopes be clearly labeled both in Braille/print with your Chapter or division name. Chapter and division presidents please pick up your money and/or items at the end of the day. I WILL NOT be responsible for your money/items.
