This is becoming an issue on many blogs that are part of web sites. On 
Fresnofamous.com an alternative web site owned by the Fresno Bee the same 
issue occurs for submitting blog posts. Perhaps the NFBC and attorneys that 
were involved in the Target case should pursue this. I am willing to sign on 
as a plaintiff whereever whenever.
