[Nfbc-info] Accessible Point-of-Sale Machines

I guess it depends a lot on what constitutes a "problem."

I often need someone's help to complete a transaction, either
selecting credit/debit, or entering my PIN, or showing me where to
sign.

In places like "Fresh and Easy" where they don't have cashiers, I need
to get the courtesy clerk who showed around the store to also scan my
items.

I don't actually view any of these situations as a problem, but it's
possible they're not obeying the law.
