I don't know what election you are referring to but if you are referring to 
government elections Governor Brown signed a new law allowing special 
arrangements for blind people to vote on line. However, I doubt that it will 
be able to be implemented by the fall elections for this year. The procedure 
used will be the same for military personnel but the details are being 
worked out. It will be quite interesting to see how this plays out as there 
are some concerns regarding the security of voting on line that are 
regularly addressed.

I have a question for this election, can we go to online? I feel it would 
make it easier for many people and more people would be able to vote if we 
were able to vote online. Also I think it would make it more accessible to 
blind   people because some or most of us have computers and smart phones 
and I feel like  that would make it more convenient.
