[NFBCS] JAWS Use Virtual Ribbon Menus Keeps Saying Blank

There is nothing wrong with the old menu bar, but Ribbons are what we 
have, and using virtualized replacements like you are means that when 
things break, you have to wait for updates. It doesn't take long to 
learn the new style; with that you're no longer stuck using a solution 
that can break at times.
