[NFBMD] Conflicting messages

Greetings,

There seems to be a lack of conscientious when planning Chapter Presidents
meetings.  I completely understand that Federation leadership can not
control the universe.  But, please consider that when a scheduled meeting
is planned, we fit it into our agenda.
My state affiliate has not had a Chapter Presidents' meeting in months.
Having National meetings are great on a macro level,  but State Affiliate
meetings are necessary for inclusion.  If clarification is needed, please
let all involved know. Effective communication isn't here say, be direct.
