The 55th Annual State Convention of the National Federation of the Blind of
Nebraska is just around the corner, and we are excited to officially
announce that the full convention agenda is now available and attached to
this message.

Stronger Together
Our Rights. Our Responsibility. Our Resilience.

Join us April 30 through May 3, 2026, at the Holiday Inn and Convention
Center in Kearney, Nebraska, for a weekend filled with learning, connection,
and inspiration.

This year's convention features a dynamic agenda with something for
everyone. Highlights include:

*	Our national representative, Anil Lewis, Executive Director of
Blindness Initiatives for the National Federation of the Blind, joining us
for an inspiring national report and banquet keynote
*	Engaging general sessions covering partnership, technology,
advocacy, and real-world impact
*	Breakout sessions on technology, guide dogs, Social Security,
parenting, entrepreneurship, and more
*	An exhibit hall featuring organizations and vendors supporting
independence and opportunity
*	Networking opportunities and activities designed to bring our
community together

Important reminders as we approach convention:

Pre-registration closes in just one week. After April 1, registration rates
will increase by 5 dollars.
All attendees planning to ride the charter bus must reserve their seat by
April 1.
The hotel room block at the Holiday Inn will also close after April 1.

No fooling.
