Access Link Update: Interactive Voice Response , Access Link Online and
Reduction of the Window

Please see below updated information from NJ Transit about significant
improvements and new features to the Access Link program, including the
ability to make reservations online, set up a digital "EZ Wallet" for
payment for trips, and changes to the pick-up window and notifications.

Please share this information with your contacts:

NJ TRANSIT is in the process of offering Access Link customers new options
that we hope to launch prior to the fall of 2018. When these new options
begin, customers will still have the option to call NJT and speak with an
Access Link representative, if necessary.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR): Customers who use touch-tone phones will
be able to cancel rides, check the status of rides, confirm rides for future
dates, receive the estimated arrival time of an Access Link vehicle
(time-frame parameters are still being decided). This option will be
particularly helpful for Access Link customers without internet access.

Access Link Online updates: Customers can check the status of and cancel
upcoming rides, view past rides, request a ride, view and change customer
account information (home addresses, email, etc.). During the initial
launch, Access Link Ride requests will be limited to addresses that are
already associated with a customer account.

EZ-Wallet: Through Access Link online, customers (with internet access) will
also have the option to pre-pay Access Link fares using EZ-Wallet.
EZ-Wallet is our new electronic fare option. At this time EZ-Wallet
accounts must be funded with a valid credit / debit card. Customers will
still have the option to use cash, but Access Link drivers will remain
unable to give change.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS: Customers will be able take the option to receive text,
email or phone call notifications about the status of their Access Link
ride. Customers will be responsible to ensure that NJT always has valid up
to date contact information.

Window Reduction: As of June 30, 2018, the "window" will be reduced to ZERO
to 30 minutes.
