We are searching for a Customer Experience and Contract Administration Manager to join our Access Paratransit program team. The ideal candidate must have passion, enthusiasm and creativity geared toward working closely with customers and other stakeholders, and ensuring customers have a positive experience using Access Paratransit Services. This position reports to the Supervisor of Accessible Services.

King County's Access program provides 843,000 ADA paratransit trips annually, averaging more than 2,500 daily trips every weekday. In the past years, we have made concerted efforts to improve our program and strengthen contractor accountability. We have also made a commitment to work with our customers, potential customers and other stakeholders to continue to improve accessible transportation across King County, and to ensure that our programs and policies reflect the customers' needs. This position plays a key role in this commitment. The ideal candidate will possess the following personal qualities and attributes:
