The Winchester Chapter is currently offering financial assistance to blind
persons in the Shenandoah Valley. We are offering two scholarships and one
memorial fund to blind persons in need. One $2,000 scholarship for a college
student, One $2,000 scholarship for a high school student, and funds up to
$2,000 for a legally blind person in need. I have summarized the
scholarships below in greater detail:

The Amy Barnes College Scholarship ($2,000)

Amy Barnes was remembered as the "Founding Mother," of the local Winchester
National Federation of the Blind Chapter in the early 1960's. The Chapter

21st century.
