Hello Chapter members and friends,

Thank you to all those who attended our February monthly meeting. We
covered a lot of topics and I wanted to send a follow-up email with
additional information:

Regarding the Wellness event being held this Saturday at the Apple Blossom
Mall. As disccused in the meeting, the local Winchester Chapter will host a
table during this year's event! Our table will be located in section F,
which is located by the Belk clothing store. Please see map which is
attached.

As discussed in the meeting. We will have three shifts to cover the 10am -
5pm event. The schedule of those shifts are as follows:
930am - 1230pm: Wayne Williams and James Shobert
12pm - 230pm: Jim and Mary Green, and Janey Lincoln
230pm - 5pm: Chris Walker and Jackie Brown

We encourage everyone to come out and support us if you're able.

Respectfully,

James Shobert

Subject: 2023 Valley Health Community Wellness Festival: Exhibitor Update
To:

The 2023 Valley Health Community Wellness Festival is almost here. We’re
looking forward to another exciting day this Saturday, helping to improve
the health and wellness of our community. But the festival is really about
individuals. Each year we hear from festival attendees, often friends and
neighbors, who are able to make better health and wellness choices because
of information they have learned at the Community Wellness Festival. Thank
you for being part of the festival and making a difference. Thanks also
goes to the Winchester Medical Center Foundation for their ongoing support
of the festival.

A copy of the 2023 festival map is attached. The map indicates the general
location of your exhibit space. Every effort has been made to honor
specific location requests. Each booth space will have a sign identifying
the assigned organization.

Here are some important details regarding this year’s festival:

· The Valley Health Community Wellness Festival is pleased to be
able to support *Blue Ridge Area Food Bank*. We encourage you to share the
attached flier with your team and come to the festival with a food item to
donate.

· *The Healthy Kid Experience *is returning again this year. It is
an interactive area set aside for kids to learn the healthy building blocks
of a healthy lifestyle. The Healthy Kids Experience will be located between
Zumiez and The Perfume Hut.

Other details…

· The festival is scheduled from *10 a.m. to 5 p.m.* It is expected
that all exhibitors will remain for the entire day. Exhibitors who do not
do so may not be invited to participate in future festivals.

· Exhibitors can set up their space either Friday evening beginning
at 9 p.m. or on Saturday morning beginning at 7:30 a.m. Be sure to be ready
to go by 9:45 a.m. as many participants arrive early to have their blood
testing completed after having fasted all night.

· The fitness & wellness demonstration schedule for the JCPenney
court is attached, along with a flier detailing the discounted blood
testing offered by Valley Health Lab Services.

Thank you again for being a part of this year’s festival. Please reply to
this e-mail with any questions. I can also be contacted at 540-536-5266.

-Mike
