Subject: OOD Council Meeting Materials - May 6, 2020 Using Microsoft Teams Live

Hello everyone,

The OOD Council Meeting is scheduled on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. using Microsoft Teams Live.  Please find attached the following materials for the meeting.

  1.  Agenda
  2.  Minutes
  3.  Employer and Innovation Services (EIS) Update
  4.  Customer Satisfaction (PDF)
  5.  Customer Satisfaction (Word – Accessible format)
  6.  BVR Council Briefing
  7.  Quarterly Regional Participant Forums
  8.  BSVI Update

Most of us are new to Teams Live. Please note the following information:

  1.  Council members will need to access the materials via this email or the website: https://ood.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov/ood/about-us/ood-council/ood-council-meetings
  2.  Meeting materials will not be displayed during the meeting because the Teams Live screen will be used only for John Moore to have access to the interpreters.
  3.  Council members, OOD Director, Deputy Directors, Interpreters, and Shirley will be able to dialogue during the meeting; the public will not be able to be heard during this live event – but they can hear you.
  4.  We have asked the public to send written comments to the OOD Inbox account no later than Friday, May 1.  As I receive public comment, I will forward to the Council, so that a response can be provided during the meeting.
  5.  The above materials will be available to the public via the OOD website: https://ood.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov/ood/about-us/ood-council/ood-council-meetings
