I work at a community college too.  Are you using Kronos to do your timecard?  As far as I can tell, Kronos is not usable with a screen reader.  Feel free to contact me off list for the details.

Control-alt-delete brings up the log-in screen.  We can't help with "time cards" unless we know what application you are using.
