[Trainer-talk] Does anyone use CRM

Hello everyone,

My agency is beginning the process of changing the way we have been doing forms, which hasn't been so good. They are planning on usin the CRM format, which is from Microsoft. If anyone has had experience with this and can give me some advice, before they get the thing up and running, that would be great.
