[Trainer-Talk] Windows 8.1 mail app question

Jim,
I have a bit more experience in using the Windows 10 Mail app over the
app which is included with Windows 8. Furthermore, I have never used
JAWS with the Windows 10 mail app and so you can take the following
suggestion with the grain of salt it probably deserves.
First, at least with NVDA, the built-in Mail app which you get with
Windows 10 also needs a lot of work when it comes to screen reader
accessibility. That being said, I was at least able to use the latest
release of NVDA to both create a mail account and, once I realized the
app wasn't worth using, I could erase the mail account as well.
Therefore, try using NVDA and see if it will give you enough
accessibility to delete the existing account.
