[Trainer-Talk] Very puzzled before updating

Jim,
I've read a bit about this issue and I'm not entirely sure what'c 
causing it. Since you're an access tech trainer and are setting this up 
for a JAWS user, when not call the Microsoft Disability Answerdesk and, 
while I hate to phrase it this way, make it their problem.
