[Trainer-Talk] Issues with Windows 10

Greetings all:

One of my students is using a Windows 10 machine with jaws 18. She can’t afford to pay for the full upgrade right now.

The issue we’re having is that she cannot get anything down using her start menu. When she presses the windows key, she gets the search box, but nothing comes up when she types it in.

If we try to go to settings using Sindows+X it reports nothing on the screen other than repeating tab tab tab The jaws issue only came up recently.  Any ideas?
