Lead research on workforce analysis and planning with a focus on job quality and equity. Work closely with partners and experts to identify industries and occupations to study. Develop workforce planning databases and public displays that compile all available labor market data on the occupations and industries of interest. Serve DEED's management and partners by providing tools, reports, presentations, career information and expertise necessary for workforce planning and policy making decisions. The current focus of this position is on workforce planning for greenhouse gas mitigation efforts but will evolve as priorities change.
