*Positions we are looking to fill:*Chief Financial Officer

The CFO will be primarily responsible for managing the finances of the
organization with support from an outside CPA firm as necessary.
Director Of Marketing And Development

The Director of Marketing and Development will carry out the mission of
Disability Allies by managing all aspects of communications, grants and
fundraising for the Agency.
Community Engagement and Outreach Specialist

Develop relationships with external stakeholders such as other Non-Profit
Organizations, Public Schools, Special Education Schools, Support
Coordination Organizations, etc. to build awareness of the agency and its
mission and garner support.
Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist works in the Human Resources Department
and is responsible for processes related to recruitment and selection,
onboarding, orientation, and continuing education.
Administrative Assistant For Client Services

The Administrative Assistant will preform various administrative duties to
support the Director of Client Services.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will provide intensive treatment
services for young adults, including those who have an Autism Spectrum
Disorder.
Music Teacher

The Music Teacher will teach music theory and related concepts and will
carry out activities related to music and song for students with special
needs.
Technology Teacher

The Technology Teacher will teach technology skills to students with
special needs. This can include coding, robotics, engineering, 3-D
printing, and basic computer skills.
Special Needs Teacher

We are looking to hire a teacher to work at our school for individuals with
special needs.
Substitute Teachers

Substitute Teachers perform the instructional and classroom management
processes for teachers who are absent at our special needs school.
Hiring family members to care for their loved ones

We are looking to hire family members to care for their loved ones with
special needs. Your family member must have a DDD budget and be over the
age of 21.
