[nfbwatlk] E-mail correspondence related to DSB funding decisions

NFB of Washington Talk:
A series of interesting e-mails has been occurring between DSB stakeholders (i.e., independent living providers) regarding DSB's decisions regarding budget cuts and use of stimulus funds.  Among other things, in the e-mail exchanges, the DSB Director invites input about uses for stimulus funds.

I have compiled some of them and attached them for those of you who are interested in rehab issues.
